Water Requirements
We require an outside water connection and use a 26 gallon buffer tank to ensure adequate flow from city and community wells. Salida Home And Property uses a 20 horsepower pressure washer that can run from 250 PSI to 5,000 PSI at 5 gallons per minute, (25,000 cleaning units). This provides for better cleaning and actually SAVES WATER.
